Hi, I’m Karen Holland - Project World’s leader. I’ve worked in the project, program and portfolio management fields for more than 30 years and I’m passionate about helping project people to realise their full potential.

 

I've got university qualifications in Economics, International Business and Social Geography and I hold a range of globally-recognised certificates in Project, Program and Portfolio Management. I'm also trained to Lead Auditor level for widely-adopted ISO standards and I’m fully certified in Adult Teaching and Assessment.

As a consultant I’ve helped organisations to plan, execute and evaluate projects, programs and portfolios ranging in value from tens of thousands of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars. My track record spans a broad array of fields including:

I’ve also tutored candidates for the Project Management Institute’s PMP examination and I’m a regular guest speaker to students at universities and technical training institutes.
